Who We Are
Sohail Hamirani
Chief Financial Officer
Sohail is a Certified Public Accountant, Associate Professional in Human Resources, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and holds a Master’s of Science in Accounting degree. Sohail oversees all accounting and finance functions for the firm. He has over a decade of experience in accounting at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Highgate Hotels and RealPage. He and his team can handle real estate and equipment leases from inception to termination.
Shayla Kiser
Director of Lease Administration
Shayla manages client’s real estate portfolio’s, including lease administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset/equipment leases. prior to joining Mohr Partners, Shayla was a Lease Administrator for Fischer and Company for six years. There, she managed up to 2,000 properties, interfaced with legal, construction & accounting departments, handled escalation management, income lease management and much more.
Jennifer Hill
Senior Lease Administrator
Jennifer Hill serves as a Senior Lease Administrator for Mohr Partners, Inc., in the Global Lease Services department in the Dallas office. Jennifer joined Mohr Partners in 2022 and brings considerable experience in the commercial real estate industry to our firm. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Jennifer spent a total of nearly eight years working at Regis Property Management. Her most recent role was as a Lease Administrator, which followed a separate stint as a Property Assistant.
Stephanie Abide
Lease Administrator
Stephanie Abide is in her first year as a Lease Administrator in Mohr Partners’ Dallas, Texas office. She brings a proven knowledge of lease management and accounting to Mohr Partners, which she uses to assist our firm’s corporate clients with their lease administration and accounting. Stephanie comes to Mohr Partners with seven years of experience in the multifamily sector, having previously served as an Assistant Manager with Lincoln Property Company, where she managed invoices for properties, independently handling day-to-day requirements while overseeing multimillion-dollar properties.
Mansha Rajpal
Director, Lease Abstraction & Administration
Mansha has over 15 years of experience in lease abstraction and administration. Backed by an MBA in Finance and a Chartered Financial Management Degree, Mansha’s expertise extends to every aspect of lease portfolio management. On the non-technical side, Mansha is adept at ensuring that all lines of communication are open between RE BackOffice and our clients, so that every project translates into a customer delight experience.
Asmina Madre
Manager, Lease Administration
Asmina has 5+ years of experience handling complex rental real estate portfolios for different client types including retail, office, REITs, property owners and managers. She heads the lease administration team that is responsible for lease portfolio reviews, lease abstraction, accounting, lease and CAM audits and accounts payable/receivable processing
